A USA Cycling license is required for all events. One day licenses are available during registration.

Mountain bikes (without bar ends) are welcome in all races.

Chris Tuma Primes
The men's 1/2/3 and women's open races will have a $25 prime for the first place rider after the first lap. Chris Tuma introduced your race director to cyclocross and has been known to take it out a little too hard the first lap!

Course Details
This is a classic course with all the standard cyclocross elements: 2 stone bridges, sandy beach crossing, some hills, some pavement and barriers.  Click on the image below and switch to satellite view for more details. Also check out some of the videos and photos from last year's race.

Volunteers Needed!
Every race takes a ton of behind-the-scenes work from volunteers.  We are trying to recruit enough volunteers for staggered shifts so that people can both race and volunteer. Lucca Grill in downtown Bloomington will also host a post-race party for anyone who volunteers for set-up, race-day or tear-down assistance.  Party will start at 5pm.  Lucca's will provide pizza, drinks are on on you! A volunteer sign-up form will be added closer to the race date.

Bring the Whole Family!
The Miller Park Zoo is literally right next to the race course.  The zoo is open 9:30-4:30pm. For more details click here!

Lodging
The Chateau Hotel and Conference Center in Bloomington is offering a block of rooms for Miller Chill racers at the excellent rate of $69.  This rate includes complimentary breakfast.  The Chateau is about 15 minutes from the race course. When calling for reservations you must ask for the "Miller Chill Block". Reservations must be made by Dec. 1.

Parking
Some race day parking is available immediately north of the Miller Park Pavilion (Start/Finish is also near the pavilion). Zoo parking lot and street parking can also be used. See map for more details.
